Current Behavior:
In the Jharkhand HMIS instance, the State field in the Patient Registration module is restricted to Jharkhand only.
Expected Behavior:
The State dropdown should include all Indian states and union territories, allowing registration of patients from any state.
Requirement:
Our healthcare facility receives patients from multiple states across India. Restricting the State field to Jharkhand prevents accurate capture of patient demographic information and affects patient registration for out-of-state residents.
Steps to Reproduce:
Navigate to Patient Registration.
Open the State dropdown.
Observe that only Jharkhand is available as a selectable option.
Acceptance Criteria:
The State dropdown displays all Indian states and union territories.
Users can select any state during patient registration.
