Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Patients using the ABDM Scan & Share workflow receive an OPD token after their demographic details are shared with the HMIS. However, these generated tokens are not displayed on the hospital's queue display/TV screen, requiring patients to wait near the registration counter and leading to unnecessary crowding.
Describe the solution you'd like
Integrate the backend token/queue management with the queue display system so that OPD tokens generated through ABDM Scan & Share are displayed on the waiting area TV screen in real time. The display should update automatically as registration operators call the next token.
Additional context
This enhancement aligns with the National Health Authority (NHA) ABDM Scan & Share Playbook, where the HMIS generates a token after receiving patient details from the PHR app, allowing patients to wait comfortably until their token is displayed on the overhead screen. It will improve patient flow, reduce congestion at the registration counter, and provide a better OPD registration experience.
