Choppy sound with error "Stream timeout 900 ms"

I get constant stream timeouts.
Basically its just a blip of sound as the station connects and then it timeouts.

The exact same station "NPO Soul&Jazz" plays perfectly in Cellie's simple.ino file in the examples.
I tried adding #include Arduino.h but it didnt make a difference.
