Add user support information

Add our ACCESS-NRI user support line/information to bottom of the page. I think this could be the same as what we use on our other pages.

I think either the link Aidan shared or perhaps the page on Hive Docs (https://docs.access-hive.org.au/about/user_support/). Perhaps @paigem might have preference? (Seeing the range between these links makes me think we might need another review/rethink of a simple landing page for support that isn't too overwhelming).

Just weighing in here - I think either of the following options would be just fine:

1. Link directly to the Forum post about getting help: https://forum.access-hive.org.au/t/access-help-and-support/908
2. Link to the user support page on the ACCESS-Hive Forum: https://docs.access-hive.org.au/about/user_support/

I'd probably lean toward referring people straight to the Forum post, so we don't end up sending folks to a separate website (i.e. the Hive Docs), but instead direct them straight to the Forum.

Also, I agree that we should consolidate our information across various sites about getting help!
