Deleting files from admin panel

In this first Online Agora, there is more space needed, as there are more video submissions, so __deleting submissions along with the files__ may be a useful feature for the future.

The tool is currently breaking if the file is not found in the server (after a manual deletion to free space). Maybe an error could be shown instead.
