OUR STATEMENTS AND UPDATES FOR TESTNET AND WHITEPAPER.
Frankly, AIC's TestNet phase 0 (in private) will focus on key elements such as the Ethical Kernel and Governance, auditing, and logging. We've outlined the assumptions the network will face as it scales and how it handles conflicts without breaking principles. The Whitepaper is currently in draft form; it's quite long, around 65 pages, and we don't intend to shorten it like we've seen with Bitcoin or similar projects. Of course, in some aspects, we are also trying to learn from predecessors and try to divide the network testing into different phases. We also don't expect TestNet Phase 0 to be a resounding success because there will be security vulnerabilities that programmers or researchers can exploit to improve future TestNet phases.
Our idea is clear: TestNets will exist in parallel as a reference point, simultaneously emphasizing the decentralized nature of the protocol. If they remain stable and the risks are consciously accepted, this could be a major experiment of the decade.
See you guys in late 2027.
