In TEAA and possibly other sites: Images were previously in the /favicons folder (which must have worked with an older version of Orchid). In the current Orchid site, this causes a double link error with the site favicons and the Orchid default favicons. Moving them into the main /images folder resolves the error, but the site favicons fail to show up and only the default favicons are displayed.
This can be fixed by overriding the _favicons.html.erb partial, but that step should not be necessary
