Incorrect displayed value at the top of Cartool window when display a .freq file

Describe the bug
Frequency power value displayed at the top of the Cartool windows is wrong.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open a .freq file which contains results of frequencying analysis with several frequency band, several electrodes and several Windows.
2. Open it and display only one electrode and one frequency
3. Display the amplitude grid
4. Switch between the frequencies
5. Look at the the value of the graph which is correct and the exact value display in the Cartool top windows band.
