Thanks for the report! Unfortunately, I'm not aware of any fix for this; it's a long standing vanilla minecraft bug with rendering.

Hi! I did some experiments and want to share my find. In vanilla 1.21.1 minecraft with no mod, players can see cloud and snow through clear glass, but not through colored glass.
About my issue, seems that this mod "Glassential-renewed" change the vanilla glasses. This mod makes clear glass use unproper render type "translucent". The proper render type for uncolored glass should be "cutout". I tried changing its render type to "cutout" and it works.

And I also look through codes of the mod "Chipped". It also uses render type "translucent" for uncolored glass.

Fair enough! Would you mind relaying that to those mods? Sounds like a pretty simple change for them to implement.
