Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Create a folder on the edge of a page.

2. Drag an app icon over the folder. 3. As the folder is open, drag the app to the edge as to change pages. 4. You'll change pages and see the folder slots, but the folder UI won't fully render.

Expected behavior

The folder should close before/when a page change occurs.

Actual behavior

The folder stays open, and the UI isn't properly rendered.
