panel-review v1.0.1: remove school-specific references

Removed 'REAL' school-specific phrasings from the skill. The skill is now
domain-agnostic in its documentation, as intended for the public skills library.
Panel composition remains calibrated for wellbeing/SEL content; no functional changes.
