Add speech bubbles for acting figures

Goal

Add simple speech bubbles above or near acting figures in Magic Arena.

• attack, move, cast, miss, blocked, eliminated feedback
• short readable messages
• avoid clutter when many actions happen quickly

Acceptance Criteria

• Speech bubbles appear only briefly.
• They do not hide critical board information.
• Text supports localization or uses existing localized messages.
• npm run typecheck passes.
• npm run build passes.

Safety

Do not add copyrighted, unclear, or unreviewed third-party assets or content.
