restore backup feature

full support for endpoint POST backups/{bkpId}/restore:

• bkpId is the unique identifier (UID) of the backup you want to restore
• parameter to restore_original either TRUE or FALSE with default value FALSE
• information needed to name and optionally place a new vm onto a different datastore
