Following the file's own "Adding a new venue (v2 and beyond)" procedure, add hand-verified entries for major medical venues — each with an official Source URL (never a third-party summary) and today's access date, inserted alphabetically, with the Scope line, disclosure_mode_protocol.md dispatch table, academic-paper/SKILL.md venue list, /ars-disclosure command text, and the 5 language READMEs kept in sync:
- ICMJE (umbrella; the "AI-assisted technologies" chapter of the Recommendations) — also the natural referral target for member journals.
- NEJM, The Lancet, JAMA, BMJ — ICMJE members with their own author-guideline AI clauses (entries note the ICMJE relationship the way EMNLP notes ACL).
- PLOS, Frontiers — explicit, verifiable AI policies; high-volume venues for clinical authors.
- Two Chinese medical venues verified against their official channels: the Chinese Nursing Journals Publishing House (中华护理杂志社, official-site GenAI regulation with an explicit disclosure-location clause) and International Eye Science (国际眼科杂志, official-site PDF policy). These are, to our knowledge, the database's first non-English-language entries; verbatim quotes stay in the original Chinese with English paraphrase, matching the repo's quote-fidelity discipline.
On the Chinese Medical Association Publishing House (中华医学会杂志社) GenAI regulation mentioned in #593: our primary-source verification found the regulation's original text lives on the publisher's official WeChat account rather than any crawlable official web page (we checked cmaph.org, medjournals.cn, the yiigle properties, and Wayback). Per this file's own "not a third-party summary" rule we will not submit an entry anchored to news reprints; we'll either anchor it to the official channel properly or hold that entry back and say so in the PR.
