Comic margin on dual landscape mode

I use cbz format for my comics and I always crop the top and bottom margin of my comics so it fits better on my kobo libra colour screen. When I try cropping them in potrait mode and turn it to landscape, the arrangement of my comic would be moved.

When I crop them while in landscape mode, the crop settings doesn’t change anything on my comic margin

Im not sure I understand the issue.

If I remeber correclty, dual page mode ignores all zoom related changes for the sake of simplicity,

I was wondering if the side margin of the comics could be cropped so it could fill the “extra spaces” on the screen. That makes sense now :)
