If the internet connection of the HA server stops working for any reason, and an internet-based weather entity to get the outdoor temperature has been set, the thermostats will become unavailable
Description
In case of internet outage, if an internet-based weather entity to get the outdoor temperature has been set in the thermostats, these will become unavailable and stop working until the internet comes back.
Expected behavior:
In case of unavailability of an external weather service set as the source for outdoor temperature, for any reason (be it an internet outage locally or problems of the external weather service) the thermostats should keep working ignoring the outdoor temperature settings.
Actual behavior:
Thermostats become unavailable and stop working.
