Scrolling, either inside the image viewer or in the timeline, is laggy.

Steps to reproduce

Image viewer:

1. Open an image
2. Scroll sideways for a while
3. It should be laggy

Timeline:

1. Open any booru
2. Scroll down for a while
3. It should be laggy
