When linking to PicGo-Core-Doc:
- In Chinese docs (docs/zh/**), use the /zh/ path.
  - Example: https://picgo.github.io/PicGo-Core-Doc/zh/guide/config.html#settings
- In English docs (docs/guide/**), do not use /zh/.
  - Example: https://picgo.github.io/PicGo-Core-Doc/guide/config.html#settings
