Package ros-lyrical-plotjuggler-ros is not available

I just upgraded to ROS2 Lyrical, and when running plotjuggler via ros2 run plotjuggler plotjuggler I always get the dialog that says to run sudo apt install ros-${ROS_DISTRO}-plotjuggler-ros. However, when doing so, apt returns Error: Unable to locate package ros-lyrical-plotjuggler-ros. Please release this great software for the newest ROS2 LTS!

@facontidavide This issue seems to be fixed on the main branch. Can you release a new version with this fix?
