Sponsors - Add "Visible on Resume Book" option for users

Users, when uploading resumes, should have an option to show or hide their resume from the Sponsors' Resume book. This option should be "Show" by default. This issue satisfies requirement 4.3.2 of the Resume Book project.

This was largely added to turn off direct visibility on the resume book web page itself. Users who turn off this visibility would only have their resumes shown in an export. I too am unsure if it is needed and may close this issue as not planned if this justification isn't strong enough.

I mean, the resume book is supposed to be filterable and have mailto links for each student, but other than that, you can get the resume either way.

The other possibility for this switch is to give students the ability to "opt out" or stop showing their resume if for any reason they decide to do that. Right now as far as I know a student's resume is permanently up whenever they upload it. If we interpret the requirement that way then it makes sense to keep it and to stop resumes from showing in both exports and the resume book

I support an option to withdraw or hide a resume everywhere, but only hiding from the web UI and not the manual export feels unnecessarily granular and confusing.

I will make this the requirement in that case - This option will act as an "opt-out" and suppress the student's resume from all export and viewing
