Core Commands

/forge:init	Scaffold .forge/, set up project
/forge:plan	Write PLAN.md with tasks + acceptance criteria
/forge:apply	Execute the approved plan
/forge:verify	Run tests, UAT, confirm it works
/forge:unify	Reconcile plan vs actual, close the loop

Session Commands
