Case-material and trademark notice

The MIT License in this repository applies only to the author-created software and documentation, including the static site, analysis and build scripts, workflow configuration, and authored explanatory text.

The MIT grant does not apply to supplied or third-party case materials, including:

  • the source workbooks and other files in Task 1 - Call Centre Trends/, Task 2 - Customer Retention/, and Task 3 - Diversity & Inclusion/;
  • the original PBIX files, case datasets, and reference screenshots, including the assets in README assests/;
  • PwC, Forage, Microsoft Power BI, and other third-party names, logos, trademarks, or marks; and
  • any other external materials incorporated for portfolio evidence or reference.

Those materials remain subject to their respective owners' rights and any applicable source terms. Their presence does not grant permission to reuse, redistribute, or sublicense them.

This independent portfolio product is inspired by the PwC Switzerland / Forage virtual case experience. It is not commissioned, endorsed by, or affiliated with PwC.
