We plan to have a go at:

• - making structure consistent with CIL
• - test reading in an IMAT nxtomo file
• - remove unneeded methods
• - possibly add some methods for reading ROI in CIL format (currently there are some methods for cropping on different axes but they aren't consistent with CIL)
• - Pull in anything useful from Mantid Imaging
• - Add parameter to normalise with flat and darks when reading in
• - improve the demo to reflect the new methods
