Bug: Read-Only Mode UI setting not passed to plant_connection — DEFAULT_READ_ONLY always used
Even when unchecking Read-Only Mode in the UI, self.read_only remains True because DEFAULT_READ_ONLY = True in const.py and the UI value is not correctly passed to plant_connection.
