- Original team provenance and sole authorship of the independent redevelopment are stated separately.
- Repository owner confirmed that public distribution of aggregate outputs derived from FAME is permitted under the applicable institutional licence (2026-07-13).
- Code licensed under MIT and independently authored report/documentation content licensed under CC BY 4.0.
- Final GitHub URL and stable release date added to
CITATION.cff. - Final release candidate reviewed before upload; file-level scope, rendered PDF, licences, paths, credentials, source identifiers, and restricted formats checked (2026-07-13).
Build with python environment/build_public_release.py. Upload only dist/ECO1400_Minimum_Wage_Independent, never the working directory or sibling private-data directory.
