Issue JWT tokens in user sessions

It would be great to mimic Privy's design of providing JWT tokens in user sessions that developers can leverage to do offchain authentication without having to trigger a signing event every time. This will enable seamless web2 experience for Tezos users when it comes to dapps that are interacting with offchain systems without putting the burden on application developers to self-issue JWTs.
