Native SSL? #614
|
So I'm curious about Native SSL... It's supposed to make the app faster in older hardware? My car's headunit is pretty old (Android 4.3), yet I don't notice any significant improvement when this setting is on. Am I missing something? |

Native SSL is gone in Version 3. There is a bug, where the option is visible due to a merge error in the video section. It does nothing. And no, there is no proof, that the very old jni files were faster. Because of that and the massive maintenance I've removed it. Filesize goes down 5MB and everything is much more easy to handle. |
