.NET JSON parsing failures with Selenium.WebDriver 4.39.0

Not at Atata issue, but since Atata recently updated Selenium.WebDriver to 4.39.0, I figured you might want to be aware of a strange issue that came with that version (and that doesn't exist in 4.38.0): SeleniumHQ/selenium#16801.
