Fundraiser module

This module will interact with the bitshares api.

The module will accept parameters for:

• A static file containing the html for the campaign description.
• Name of the bitshares account to measure.
• Name of the bitshares token being measured.
• The goal the campaign wants to raise.

The module will then display:

• The description file specified.
• A progress bar.
• Donation link.
