bug1:
if setting language to zh and country to CN,both v6.8 and v7.0 encountered sql error while deleting or editing vendor or customer items.also work cell and routing edit have this kind of errors.
I think this is caused by the numeric input auto been translated to chinese characters.for example,if set working rate to 80,while unburied,80 auto chaned to 八十，maybe mysql do not accept this.
Other languages may have this errors too.

if change back the bs.config to language =en，the menue disappeared.
