:bug: SBS sheeps are assigned to the wrong country

Describe the bug
SwissBlack-BrownMountainSheep (SBS) sheeps are assigned to Kazakhstan relying on GPS coordinates: however it seems that those sheeps seems located to "Berner Oberlan" which is located in Switzerland

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Expected behavior
Those samples should have Switzerland country

Additional context
GPS locations should be fixed
