Thanks for solving a conversion problem

Had a request to take gocad surfaces and make dxf files.

I had serendipitously written a ts parser recently, so with a bit of pyproj reprojection and pyvista's stl capability and the discovery of pymeshlab this morning allowed easy dxf creation without learning how to parse/make those.
