Deploying Portuguese Polis instance - seeking deployment help

Goal

Deploying Polis for Portuguese civic dialogue initiative. Forked repo, translated to PT-PT, validated demand with municipalities/universities.

Problem

Stuck on deployment (Render). Issues with:

• Database configuration
• Admin user creation
• Full stack setup

Seeking

1. Help guiding a working instance deployed (paid consulting welcomed)
2. Detailed deployment documentation
3. Connection to others who've deployed Polis

Can Contribute

• Document Portuguese deployment process

Emailed Computational Democracy Project team but no response yet (totally understand if busy).
