Getting error ivy-done: Wrong type argument: char-or-string-p, nil

It asked for input for documentation then it throws this error:

ivy-done: Wrong type argument: char-or-string-p, nil

I was getting this error when I hadn't yet installed a docset.

Strangely, I had to try installing a docset twice to get it to work (the first command created the directory).
