Modify data table template so various sections can be shown/hidden

The data table view is currently a bit cluttered. Ideally it would be possible to:

- Make Filters, and Facets sections collapseable / hideable (likely collapsed by default). This will clean up the interface and reduce the amount of space users will have to scroll to see the map and database records.
