Autonomous execution policy merged in PR #73. This track now proceeds through safe tasks, phase verification, Conductor review fixes, green-check PR merge, reconciliation, and next-track selection without routine confirmation. A maintainer interruption is reserved for a documented decision or authority gate; every decision request must present options, recommendation, rationale, and trade-offs. CI now validates the execution policy in active-track metadata.
