bug: 0.23.5 removed --color=automatic

Prior to v0.23.5, --color=automatic was a valid command line flag. I was really confused when my shell aliases suddenly stopped working. 🙃

--colour-scale was also removed, note thats not in the release notes. I really think dropping CLI args should be at least a minor release, not a patch release.

Looks like -F (--classify) now requires an argument as well. My old bash aliases stopped working because they weren't passing an argument.

Not really loving all the breaking changes to a tool that many people have built into their daily workflows.

This is particularly annoying since in the exa days --color=automatic was the variant that was actually documented!

However, it does seem that "auto" was always accepted as an undocumented synonym from the earliest color support: f92459d

This "auto" shortening was only actually documented in 2023: cf45b3e

Even right now the (now non-functional) "automatic" is mentioned first on the man page! https://github.com/eza-community/eza/blob/main/man/eza.1.md?plain=1#L69

So just to be clear, this isn't the case of some weird non-standard variant of "auto" being accidentally accepted before. This bites you if you follow the man page instructions exactly.
