Input :

Encoding feature (spike feature + linearized position) from the same time bin

Algo :

• create poisson likelihood object based on the stream name (coming from the spikeFeature)
• use add_stimuli method from py-compressed-kde lib
• recompute the model
• save the model

Ouput :

Update the OnlineDecoder processor vis shared state (one with a likelihood map / one with the prior value)
