Update to work on ISE 3.2

So it's that time again.
New ISE version @work soon.

So there is a "new" release upcoming.
I will start working on that release from now on.

Any ideas to new features, or new code that you want to be merged. Just send it, so shall we see what can be done :)

This is pushed forward, beq as of now 3.1 seems to be the recommended release from Cisco.
