Unable to load Image

The print format is unable to load images.

It was fine intiially and was able to view and edit for a few days. Suddenly print format said "Unable to load image". Issue persisted after saving the print format.

I believe the issue started after bench backup or bench migration.

If I remember correctly there was a change to reading rights for images or something.
Images used in letterheads and formats now need to be public.
File URL like /files/Image.png.
Can you check that?
