An extension of #70, which just allows removing region restrictions. getByteReader is always using the default S3 client, but it should allow me to pass in my own S3 client or configuration, on par with other uses of S3 clients in the library.
This is a blocking issue for me right now, since I can't access request payer buckets without modifying the client configuration.
