Feature request: Ability to quickly switch NVDA output device

Sometimes it would be handy to switch the output device of NVDA to a different one using either an assigned gesture or to cycle between the available ones using a command. Examples of such cases could include:

• The necessity to quickly show something to another person in a voice chatting context through a virtual audio device;
• switching between devices in case of losing sound due to a sound device malfunction;
  If there exists an API to do change the output devices for other apps as well, this would be really useful too, for the same reasons. I am inspired here by Foobar's ability to assign keyboard shortcuts to individual output devices.

Use keyboard shortcuts NVDA+Windows+PageUp and NVDA+Windows+PageDown.

Do you think you could:

1. Add the ability to control the output device of other apps too?
2. Add the ability to assign specific hotkeys to individual output devices?
3. Add the ability to clone the output so that the output is played on two output devices simultaneously? This could be useful in conjunction with Virtual Audio Cable.

One open source app that did it well was Audio Router but it is quite buggy on Windows 10 and hasn't been developed in a while.
