Plasma boiler broken

It has 2 problems that I see:

1. Not the worst issue, but it really sucks, all of the floating text just piles on each other no matter how much energy, or how much deuterium or tritium or even plasma.
2. It won't output any plasma into the reactor cell. Maybe I'm doing it wrong, but the mekanism pipes work for the deuterium and tritium Idk.
