Describe the bug
The Commission Rates section in the Enatega Multivendor Admin dashboard has significant performance issues. When opening the commission rates page, it takes a long time to load. Additionally, when updating the commission rate for a restaurant, the system refreshes the entire page instead of updating only the specific record. This results in another long load time, slowing down the workflow.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Log in to Enatega Multivendor Admin Dashboard.
Navigate to Commission Rates.
Observe that the page takes a long time to load.
Update the commission rate of any restaurant.
Notice that the whole page refreshes and reloads slowly instead of updating instantly.
Expected behavior
The commission rates page should load faster.
Updating a commission rate should only update the respective record (e.g., via AJAX or partial refresh), without reloading the entire page.
