Test install flow on Linux distributions

Validate `./install.sh` on common Linux environments.

Please report:

- distro and version
- shell
- `claude` CLI path
- `codex` CLI path
- whether Codex sees the `claude_chat` MCP server after restart
- any config path or permission issue

The goal is to make the README's macOS/Linux support claim concrete.
