How to make sure a home battery also gets some Solar to charge?

Hi, i was already a user of SO for quite some time, but now wanted to add a home battery in the mix.
I would like to have a little bit of solar power reserved to be able to charge the home_battery.

Using the battery SoC as a limit for the other SO devices, i -think- will just leave them off until the threshold has been achieved?
Which can take quite a while for a large battery, and there might still be enough solar energy to do both?
So using it as a hard limit definetely has it's uses!

A typical home battery setup looks seperately at the P1 output of a smart-meter, and will only charge if there is anything left if it is set to net-zero setup.
So all devices enabled/disabled via Home Assistant take preference over what the home_battery will be doing.

And how do i add a battery SOC sensor, if the battery was added later to the complete setup?

How did any of you solve these challenges? what direction do i need to think/go?

You just have to edit the SO configuration and add your battery sensor:

Yes, that was the question, and somehow I completely overlooked it :(
Maybe because the general config 'configuration' entry is not the first entry in the Solar Optimizer integration page in my setup.
It is somewhere down the list several items because i have several items starting with letters earlier in the alphabet.

So now i'll first do my work and set these sensors properly and play around with it.
