Help menu is not extensive

As a new user to ktea, I would say the help menu is not extensive. There are just a handful of navigation options, and it doesn't show how to produce message, a command I would like to perform.

On the record-detail-page it is currently not possible to navigate to the produce-page. This is only possible from the record-list-page using C-p.

It would make sense to add this shortcut on the record-detail-page and as such it would appear in the help menu.

Would that solve your issue?
