Add more configuration

• enable / disable checking for new updates
• default manga provider
• anilist: provide client_id and access_token via config file Cannot log into anilist on mac (it's a mac terminal issue) #145
• enable / disable tracking services (anilist or other)
• default filters for manga providers (mangadex)
• adjust pagination sizes
• choose different cache methods (other than in-memory)
