precommit.sh fails on me

I can't commit correctly on my fork because of it...

manga-tui> git commit -m "misc(cargo.lock): Remove Cargo.lock then `cargo build` to regenerate it"

The first line of the script file should be
#!/usr/bin/env bash

Since I switch to NixOS I have the same problem with script files
