Ability to add MAAS and OpenStack clouds to a controller

Requirements

This is a wishlist issue to enable the addition of clouds to an existing juju controller. This is useful in the case of multi-cloud juju controllers.

This functionality is already present for k8s clouds but it would be nice to have the same for OpenStack and MAAS clouds. At the moment we have to revert to use local-exec to achieve this.

Hi @baycarbone, sounds like a reasonable suggestion! I think this is something we can look at. It wouldn't make it into 1.0.0, so it'd be a future release I think.

Hi @baycarbone. As @ale8k said, this is a valid request and we will plan for it in one of our future releases after 1.0.0.
